This tool installs the wear sleeve . If installing seal & wear sleeve kit 3802820 for example, you'll need both tools. Applications include Paccar PX-6, 1989 and newer Cummins 4BT 3.9L, B Series 5.9L, ISB 5.9L 6.7L and QSB 5.9L 6.7L. This tool can be used on crankshafts with or without the alignment dowel.

Used with 3824498 1338 front cover crank seal installation tool for 3937111, 3904353 and the seal from kit 3802820.
